Excellent. Was a pleasant stay. Rooms were really maintained cleaned. The adjacent restaurant served amazing food. Reaching the hotel was a little bit a problem. The hotel is maintained quite well. Convenient place..

I had stayed in this hotel earlier and even then I faced problems checking in as the Front office supervisor Danny was absent. 2 years later.. I checked in with difficulty with Danny more interested in Payment than welcoming. I had indicated I would be using the room for a few hours in transit and expected to be accommodated accordingly since I was a regular promoter. I was given a big king size bedroom with no facilities and quite honestly a very run down room..simply a RIP off . I had no interest to make an issue as I had already flown 6 hours and ahead of me another 8 hours. I feel some basic courties should have been extended which was sadly missing heavy duty. The property itself is run down should no longer can charge the amount advertised... As for myself ..I will go to another property and not subject myself to the apathy and poor services offered by Hamilton hotel

Chambre vaste et propre. Les fenêtres ne ferment pas très bien et la vue donne sur une rue d'où on entend un peu la circulation. La salle du petit déjeuner est un peu triste. Pas de vue sur l'extérieur. Le petit déjeuner est basique: toast, et plat indien. Je le recommande car il est propre et le personnel est charmant.
